Trying to Get Back Into It

I forced myself out of the front door today to do a basic 3.8 miler with some hills. While this may not seem much I had basically taken a month off running and need to ease myself back into it. Pace-wise I hit around 7:37 so I’m quite happy with that.

There was an odd ‘rolling’ sensation in my left knee, almost as if a blood vessel was moving over the edge of the cap. Not sure what that was all about but it didn’t hurt as such. I’ll keep an eye on it.
