After more than eight years of running and getting progressively slower it is time to up my game.

Since starting this blog things have improved.

This blog is to track the things I try, discuss why I’m trying them, to talk about the results and see if this can help anyone else. Interactive dialogue is actively encouraged.

I am a member of the FastTracks running group in PA. I cross train on my bicycle.
